Do I need experience?

What equipment do I need?

You’ll need a Windows computer (no Macs or Chromebooks), a wired internet connection, and a USB headset. Need help getting your setup ready? Don't worry- we'll send you a trusted equipment provider during onboarding so you can grab what you need fast.

How soon can I start working?

Most agents are ready within 2–4 weeks, depending on how fast you complete onboarding, registration, and certification. We help keep things moving smoothly at your pace.
